5- Merchant 30% cancellation/rescheduling policy of 24 hours applies.
6- Distance restrictions apply merchant will not travel beyond service area.
7- There is an extra charge to do top of the Bunk beds, please ask at the time of your booking.
All Customers we need to know about the condition of your place after an event or party or if you had one the mentioned above to let us know so we can arrange more time to clean your place.
Betty House Residential Service Policies
The first one is on us. However, all subsequent occurrences will be billed at ½ your normal rate if we cannot gain entrance to your home to do our work for you.
We understand that emergencies sometimes do arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a house cleaning appointment, we request that you give 24-hour notice; otherwise, a 30 % cancellation fee will be billed.
When you decide to take some time off, and it occurs during your scheduled cleaning times, please let us know if you wish to skip a service appointment, as someone else may want your time slot.
